Shipping & returns
Shipping costs within The Netherlands
For delivery to an address within the Netherlands, there are no shipping costs when you spend over €75,00 on products (delivery cost not included). When your order is below that amount, we charge €7,50 in shipping and administration costs. The minimum order amount is €25,00.
Shipping costs Belgium and Germany
For delivery on an address in Belgium or Germany, there are no shipping costs when you spend over €125,00 excluding vat (and excluding delivery cost as well). When your order is below that, we charge €8,50 in shipping and administration costs. The minimum order amount is €25,00.
International shipping costs
We ship within the EU only.
All shipping costs are exclusive of VAT and are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, depending on the weight of the selected items.
Delivery times
Most of our orders that we receive before 20.00 o'clock on weekdays, are sent out the same day when all items are in stock. For larger orders it can take a day extra to pick your order. When the parcel will arrive depends on its destination. We usually ship through GLS, you will be sent a tracking link so you can trace your parcel. GLS does not deliver on the weekends.
You will receive an email from GLS with a track and trace link. You can also choose additional delivery options in their portal:
- Pick up your parcel from a ParcelShop of your choice
- Drop off the parcel with permission
- Have the parcel delivered to your home on the day of your choice
- Have the parcel delivered to a neighbour
If you were not at home to receive the parcel, you will receive a "not at home" message by e-mail. You can then inform GLS of a new preferred delivery date or location within 5 working days. After these 5 working days, the parcel will be returned to us.
Returns
At Cupcakedozen.nl it is of course possible to return your order (provided your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 14 days of receiving your complete order. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
You can use this form. Please print it, fill it in and enclose it with your return shipment.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only take back units that are unopened.
